- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and chopped onions.
- Pour the butter mixture over the assembled sliders.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on and brush with any remaining butter mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For best results, allow sandwiches to sit for a few minutes before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for longer storage.
