  • 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb broccoli (cut into small florets)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into 1-inch chunks for even cooking.
  2. Combine the teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and pineapple chunks in a bowl to create the marinade.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Spread the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
