- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb broccoli (cut into small florets)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken thighs into 1-inch chunks for even cooking.
- Combine the teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and pineapple chunks in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange the broccoli around the chicken and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For better results, marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes. Serve with jasmine rice or in a warm tortilla.
