Ingredients

  • 2 diced kiwis
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fruit preserves
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine diced apples, kiwi, strawberries, and raspberries in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together brown sugar syrup, lemon juice, and fruit preserves in a small bowl, then pour over the fruit. Toss gently.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the tortilla chips.
  4. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a separate bowl.
  5. Toss tortilla chips in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.
  6. Spread the chips on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
