- 2 16 oz packs of strawberries
- 14.25 oz box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 oz pack strawberry jello mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 24.3 oz Philadelphia no bake cheesecake filling
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by making one long slice off the side and setting them aside. Chop the remaining strawberries and mix with sugar, then refrigerate.
- Follow the instructions on the cake box, using egg whites, and mix until combined.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish and pour the cake batter into it. Bake at 350°F for 33 minutes.
- Boil a pot of water, pour the jello mix into a bowl, and add a cup of boiling water. Stir and set aside.
- Poke holes all over the cake using a wooden spoon handle.
- Pour the jello mixture over the warm cake, then refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Spread the no-bake cheesecake filling on top of the cooled cake and decorate with sliced strawberries.
