Instructions
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely.
- Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl.
- Mix the chopped spinach with the feta, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and feta mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners over to create a triangle or rectangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with an egg wash.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
