A delightful salad combining crispy rice, spicy tuna, and creamy avocado, bursting with flavor and texture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 cup canned tuna, drained
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cooked sushi rice with a little vinegar if desired.
  3. Form the rice into small square shapes or patties.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the rice on each side until crispy.
  5. Serve the crispy rice topped with the spicy tuna mixture and diced avocado on a bed of mixed greens.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
