- 1 cup Vinegar

Instructions
- Prepare the cucumbers by washing and slicing them into rounds or spears.
- Mix equal parts of vinegar and water in a saucepan, and add sugar to taste. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add chili flakes, garlic cloves, and any extra spices you prefer.
- Pour the hot brine over the cucumbers in a jar, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Seal the jar tightly and let it cool before transferring it to the fridge.
- Marinate for at least 24 hours for optimal flavor, though a few days is even better.
Notes
For extra crunch, use Kirby cucumbers. Experiment with spices for unique flavors.
