Description

A comforting dish combining crispy bacon, tender green beans, and creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crispy fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the drained green beans, crumbled bacon, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crispy fried onions.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
