- 1/4 cup Ketchup (low-sugar)

- 1 cup Pickles (or cucumbers)

Instructions
- Begin by preheating a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the ground beef, seasoning it with Cajun spice, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Once ready, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, cook your potatoes (or riced cauliflower) until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes; ensure they are crispy on the outside.
- Next, reduce the heat to low and add the diced onion to the skillet, stirring occasionally until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
- To assemble the bowls, start with a generous layer of lettuce. Add the burger, potatoes, and caramelized onions. Finish with shredded cheese and your choice of sauces.
