A delightful and refreshing drink combining sweet pineapple and tangy lemon flavors, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice (4–6 lemons)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ to ¾ cup granulated sugar (to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup ice (plus more for serving)
- Lemon & pineapple slices for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Juice the lemons, making sure to remove all seeds while retaining some pulp for texture.
- Mix together the freshly squeezed lemon juice and the pineapple juice in a large pitcher.
- Add the sugar and stir until it has fully dissolved.
- Pour in the four cups of cold water and give it another good stir.
- Include one cup of ice in the pitcher.
- Serve by filling glasses with additional ice and pouring the lemonade over it.
- Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon, a piece of pineapple, or a mint leaf.
Notes
For a fizzy twist, replace some of the water with club soda. Adjust sweetness with more sugar or lemon juice to taste.
