Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 7×7 inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
- Combine pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl. If desired, add vanilla extract, salt, and chocolate chips.
- Mix until the batter is smooth and well-blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool the brownies in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment paper and let cool completely on a wire rack.
