Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel, core, and slice apples into thin wedges.
- Toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place each square on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Score a smaller square within each pastry square to create a border.
- Fill the center with the apple mixture.
- Beat an egg and brush the egg wash over the pastry border.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
