A delicious and versatile Quick Potsticker Stir Fry, perfect for busy weeknights or relaxed weekends.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Frozen Potstickers/Gyoza
- 1/4 cup Water
- 8 oz White Button Mushrooms
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Green Beans
- 1 large Carrot, shredded
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce (Reduced-Sodium)
- 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar/Honey
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Cold Water
Instructions
- Begin by steaming the frozen potstickers in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover, allowing them to steam for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- While the potstickers are steaming, heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil and extra virgin olive oil.
- Add the onions and sauté for about 2 minutes until translucent.
- Introduce the mushrooms, broccoli, green beans, and shredded carrot. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, ensuring the vegetables remain crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar or honey, ginger, cornstarch, and cold water. Pour this mixture over the vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- Once the potstickers are steamed, add them to the vegetable mixture, gently stirring to combine all ingredients and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Notes
