Description

A delicious and versatile Quick Potsticker Stir Fry, perfect for busy weeknights or relaxed weekends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Frozen Potstickers/Gyoza
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 8 oz White Button Mushrooms
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 large Carrot, shredded
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce (Reduced-Sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar/Honey
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Begin by steaming the frozen potstickers in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover, allowing them to steam for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. While the potstickers are steaming, heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil and extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Add the onions and sauté for about 2 minutes until translucent.
  4. Introduce the mushrooms, broccoli, green beans, and shredded carrot. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, ensuring the vegetables remain crisp-tender.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar or honey, ginger, cornstarch, and cold water. Pour this mixture over the vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Once the potstickers are steamed, add them to the vegetable mixture, gently stirring to combine all ingredients and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Notes

Serve with white rice or quinoa, and consider adding chili oil for extra flavor.
