- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the mascarpone cheese until combined.
- Layer vanilla wafers in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the wafers, followed by sliced bananas.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
