A delightful dessert that combines the creamy richness of tiramisu with sweet banana pudding, all without baking.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 34 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in the mascarpone cheese until combined.
  3. Layer vanilla wafers in a serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the wafers, followed by sliced bananas.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone layer.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
