- Pre-made pastry shells or phyllo dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the cheese, vegetables, and meat (if using). Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the pastry shells on a baking sheet.
- Pour the egg mixture into each shell, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg is set and the tops are golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
