Description

Delightful bite-sized Mini Quiches that are versatile and easy to make, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pre-made pastry shells or phyllo dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheese, vegetables, and meat (if using). Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the pastry shells on a baking sheet.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into each shell, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg is set and the tops are golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

To achieve perfect Mini Quiches, avoid overmixing the ingredients. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean when baked properly.
