Instructions
- Arrange a selection of raincoast crisps in individual bamboo boats.
- Add slices of Manchego cheese cut into triangles.
- Place Gouda cheese cut into matchsticks next to the Manchego.
- Create a salami rose and skewer it with mozzarella, placing it in the boat.
- Add a small bunch of grapes and strawberries, along with some dried apricots to the boats.
- Scatter some nuts and garnish with fresh sage and edible flowers for a decorative touch.
