Ingredients

  • Raincoast crisps in multiple flavors
  • Manchego cheese, cut into triangles
  • Gouda cheese, cut into matchsticks
  • Salami rose & mozzarella skewer
  • A bundle of grapes
  • Strawberries
  • Dried apricots
  • Nuts
  • Fresh sage
  • Edible flowers

Instructions

  1. Arrange a selection of raincoast crisps in individual bamboo boats.
  2. Add slices of Manchego cheese cut into triangles.
  3. Place Gouda cheese cut into matchsticks next to the Manchego.
  4. Create a salami rose and skewer it with mozzarella, placing it in the boat.
  5. Add a small bunch of grapes and strawberries, along with some dried apricots to the boats.
  6. Scatter some nuts and garnish with fresh sage and edible flowers for a decorative touch.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
