Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a deep fryer.
  2. Mix honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt in a bowl to create the sauce.
  3. Season the chicken wings with a bit of salt.
