Instructions
- Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the marinated chicken wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot, drizzled with additional honey if desired.
