  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha or cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs (for breading, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer according to its instructions.
  2. Mix soy sauce, paprika, ginger, honey, and minced garlic in a bowl. This is your sauce.
  3. Add Sriracha or a pinch of cayenne pepper if you like heat.
  4. Coat the chicken wings with breadcrumbs for a crispy texture if desired.
  5. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in the air fryer basket.
