- 1 cup Bread crumbs (for breading, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer according to its instructions.
- Mix soy sauce, paprika, ginger, honey, and minced garlic in a bowl. This is your sauce.
- Add Sriracha or a pinch of cayenne pepper if you like heat.
- Coat the chicken wings with breadcrumbs for a crispy texture if desired.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in the air fryer basket.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or air-fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
