Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken tenders to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. If desired, toss the chicken tenders in cornstarch for extra crispiness.
  5. Place the marinated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket and spray with olive oil.
