Description

A zesty homemade salsa combining the sweetness of mango with the heat of habanero, perfect for dipping or pairing with various dishes.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 habanero pepper, roasted and chopped
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, roasted habanero, diced mango, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
