Ingredients

- 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 habanero pepper, roasted and chopped
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, roasted habanero, diced mango, red onion, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
