- 1 cup jalapeños, chopped
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare jars and lids for canning.
- Combine tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, and garlic in a large pot.
- Add vinegar, salt, sugar, cumin, and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Fill jars with hot salsa, leaving 1/2 inch headspace, and seal with lids.
- Process jars in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
- Remove jars and let cool completely.
- Store in a cool, dark place.
