Description

Delicious Italian Grinder Sliders made with layered deli meats and melted cheese in buttery slider buns, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Sliced deli meats (such as ham, salami, and turkey)
  • Provolone cheese
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the deli meats and provolone cheese on the buns.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the top of the buns.
  5. Replace the top halves of the buns.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  8. Serve with lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles.
