Delicious Italian Grinder Sliders made with layered deli meats and melted cheese in buttery slider buns, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Sliced deli meats (such as ham, salami, and turkey)
- Provolone cheese
- Butter
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Olive oil
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the deli meats and provolone cheese on the buns.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the top of the buns.
- Replace the top halves of the buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
- Serve with lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles.
Notes
Let the sliders cool for a minute before serving to help them hold their shape.
