Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis, cut into half-moon slices
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the zucchini into half-moon slices about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese until everything is well coated.
