- 8 oz pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Return the pasta to the pan, and toss with garlic and butter.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your meal!
Notes
For perfect results, cook the pasta al dente. Reserve a bit of pasta cooking water to enhance creaminess and help the sauce adhere.
