- 4 cups frozen cut green beans
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ⅔ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (or ¼ teaspoon sea salt)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ½ cups French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9 baking dish.
- Bring salted water to a boil in a medium pot. Use about ½ tablespoon of salt per quart of water.
- Add the frozen cut green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the beans thoroughly.
- Combine the drained green beans with the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle the remaining onions evenly on top and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
