  1. Start by preparing your ingredients: chop the fresh dill and thinly slice the cucumber.
  2. Aim for uniform slices, as this ensures they fit nicely in your pinwheels.
  3. In a medium bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the dry ranch seasoning until you have a smooth, consistent mixture.
  4. Lay your flour tortillas flat on a clean surface; then, use a spatula to spread about a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  5. Next, sprinkle about half a tablespoon of chopped dill over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
  6. Now, layer the cucumber slices evenly atop the cream cheese.
  7. Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  8. Wrap each tortilla log in plastic wrap and place them in the fridge for at least one hour.
  9. When you’re ready to serve, carefully unwrap the logs and slice approximately two inches off each end.
  10. Slice the remaining log into six equal portions and present your pinwheels flat on a platter.
