Ingredients

  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 2 cups pulled rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
  • 2 cups Red Lobster Biscuit Mix
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pour the melted butter into the bottom of a large baking dish.
  3. Layer the pulled rotisserie chicken evenly over the butter.
  4. Spread the mixed frozen vegetables on top of the chicken.
  5. In a bowl, combine the Red Lobster Biscuit Mix with the milk and stir until well mixed.
  6. Pour the biscuit mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
