Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Let it cool, then crumble it.
- Combine chopped broccoli, crumbled bacon, cranberries, cheese, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
