Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy. Let it cool, then crumble it.
  2. Combine chopped broccoli, crumbled bacon, cranberries, cheese, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
