Instructions
- Begin by slicing the cucumber thinly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese with freshly chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
- Generously spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer the cucumber slices evenly on top of the cream cheese.
- Place another slice of bread on top to create a sandwich, then cut into quarters or triangles for serving.
