Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, barbeque sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, coating them thoroughly. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Fry the marinated wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
