- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the chicken wings with Korean BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- If grilling, place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and cooked through.
- If baking, place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, marinate the wings for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.
