Description

Deliciously crispy wings with a perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and savory Korean BBQ flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chicken wings with Korean BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
  4. If grilling, place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and cooked through.
  5. If baking, place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, marinate the wings for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.
