- 2 tbsp sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Coat each piece with flour or cornstarch.
- Place salmon bites in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Toss the cooked salmon bites in the sauce before serving.
