- 4–5 Maris Piper potatoes
- 3–4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by chopping the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
- Rinse the potatoes in water to remove starch on the outside. Drain and pat dry.
- Mix the potatoes with all the seasoning, ensuring even distribution.
- Preheat your air fryer if necessary, then place the seasoned potatoes in it. Cook at 205°C (400°F) for approximately 20 minutes, allowing them to become golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and adjust salt and paprika to taste. Enjoy!
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for even cooking. If necessary, cook in batches.
