Instructions
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedge shapes.
- Soak the wedges in water for about 30 minutes.
- Drain and dry the wedges thoroughly with a towel.
- Toss the wedges in olive oil and your favorite spices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.

For extra crunch, consider dusting the wedges lightly with cornstarch before tossing them in oil.
