Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedge shapes.
  2. Soak the wedges in water for about 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and dry the wedges thoroughly with a towel.
  4. Toss the wedges in olive oil and your favorite spices.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
