  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, and half of the cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in the French fried onions, seasonings, and remaining cheese, ensuring uniform distribution.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the mixture is thoroughly heated and slightly golden on top.

Notes

For easy cleanup, line your baking dish with parchment paper before adding the mixture. You can use rotisserie chicken to save cooking time.
