- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 ounces salami, chopped
- 4 ounces pepperoni, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 12 slider rolls
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking into small pieces.
- Chop bell peppers and onions, and add them to the skillet.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, and cook until vegetables are tender (about 5 minutes).
- Prepare slider rolls by slicing them in half horizontally.
- Layer the bottom halves in a baking dish and add meat mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and garlic.
- Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until cheese melts and top is golden (15-20 minutes).
