Ingredients

  • 4 ounces salami, chopped
  • 4 ounces pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking into small pieces.
  3. Chop bell peppers and onions, and add them to the skillet.
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning, and cook until vegetables are tender (about 5 minutes).
  5. Prepare slider rolls by slicing them in half horizontally.
  6. Layer the bottom halves in a baking dish and add meat mixture.
