- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita bread or flatbreads for serving
- Mixed vegetables for topping (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour (or overnight in the refrigerator).
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a separate bowl to make the garlic sauce.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
- Serve the chicken in pita bread or flatbreads, topped with mixed vegetables and drizzled with garlic sauce.
