Description

Cheesy Taco Sticks are a delicious, easy-to-make snack filled with ground beef, cheese, and taco seasoning, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup taco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cooked ground beef, taco seasoning, and taco sauce until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wider end of each triangle, and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and onions if using.
  5. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with sour cream and salsa.

Notes

For best results, ensure your oven is fully preheated before baking and rotate the baking sheet halfway through for even browning.
