A delightful and refreshing twist on classic cheesecake, this Cheesecake Salad combines cream cheese and berries for a light dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
