A delicious and easy dish combining creamy avocados with spicy buffalo chicken, perfect for appetizers or light meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a little of the flesh to make more room for the filling.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, diced celery, and diced red onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each avocado half.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
