- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a little of the flesh to make more room for the filling.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, diced celery, and diced red onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each avocado half.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
