Ingredients
Scale

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups breadcrumbs

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the boneless chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station: Place the flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each chicken wing in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.
- Toss the fried wings in BBQ sauce before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in BBQ sauce before cooking. For a healthier version, try baking instead of frying.
