Description

Juicy, crispy boneless chicken wings coated in rich, tangy BBQ sauce. Perfect for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken wings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the boneless chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station: Place the flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Dredge each chicken wing in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.
  7. Toss the fried wings in BBQ sauce before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in BBQ sauce before cooking. For a healthier version, try baking instead of frying.
