Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper, celery seeds, and jalapeño.
