Biscuit Pizza Cups are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines flaky biscuit dough with classic pizza flavors, perfect for family dinners or parties.

- 1 can home style biscuit dough
- Butter (for greasing and garlic butter)
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (thick pieces)
- 1/2 cup mini pepperonis
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cut home style biscuit dough pieces in half.
- Grease a cupcake pan with butter.
- Add 1 tsp of shredded Italian cheese to each slot of the cupcake pan.
- Roll/press biscuit dough pieces into each slot.
- Layer with 1/2 tsp marinara sauce, a thick piece of mozzarella, another layer of biscuit dough, 1/2 tsp marinara, mozzarella cheese, and mini pepperonis.
- Melt 2 tbsp of butter in the microwave with 1 tbsp of garlic and parsley.
- Pour the garlic butter over the tops of the biscuits.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Be careful not to overfill each cup, and avoid using too much sauce to prevent sogginess. Cool slightly before serving.
