Description

Crispy yet comforting, Baked Potato Slices are packed with flavor and perfect for snacking or serving as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 4 Russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup Crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice the russet potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. Toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and top each slice with cheese, crispy bacon, Italian seasoning, and green onions.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.

Notes
