- 1 pack of bacon
- 1 pack of Little Smokies
- Brown sugar
- BBQ Rub
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut bacon into quarters.
- Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and place a rack on top.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each little smokie and secure with a toothpick.
- Sprinkle with BBQ rub and brown sugar.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and golden.
Notes
Allow space between each piece on the rack for even cooking.
