- 2 lbs Potatoes (Yukon Gold or red)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
