  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
