Description
Tender steak bites coated in garlic butter, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Toss the steak bites with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- While the steak is cooking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Once the steak bites are cooked to your desired doneness, toss them in the garlic butter for a delicious finish.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy in doneness.
