Instructions
- Slice the pickles into thick chips.
- Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with a mixture of cornmeal, bread crumbs, and seasonings.
- Dip each pickle slice first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the bread crumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway.
